We have a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 13th November at 7.30pm in the Village Hall. We’ve decided to run this as an open meeting, as there are a few discussion points needing input from other village groups and anyone else wanting to get involved.
The main point that springs to mind is co-ordinating the Village Christmas Event on 8th December (intended to be a collaboration between the Village Hall, Playing Fields and Church), but others include the planned war memorial bench, the removal of the cherry tree on the green and potential lopping of the trees behind the Village Hall
For all the helpers who volunteered to help with Summer Fayre & Beer Fest there’s an open meeting at Paddy Hall’s on Wednesday, 6th June 7.30pm – Sandy Croft, Todds Lane. Sophie Secretary – Playing Field Committee
If you have some time to spare on Saturday afternoon, 12th May please come along and help tidy up the playing field. We will gather at 2pm and will be cleaning the play equipment, as well as tidying up grass edges and overhanging tree branches.
